Hi I’m Cat, a Canadian product designer with over a decade of hands-on experience in UI, UX, design systems and web design.

I currently work as the founding designer at Kahi Software, having been deeply involved in definition and refinement the product from inception (2019) to our most recent round of seed funding ($2.3M CAD led by BDC Capital Venture). In addition, I have extensive experience across a wide range of industries, having worked both full-time/in-house and as a consultant for a variety of small to mid-sized tech, consumer-packed goods, and service companies, solving for complex user experiences with simple user interfaces.

I bring over a decade of hands-on experience in UI, UX, design systems and web design. My creative solutions exist at the cross-roads between UI/UX and graphic design. I ask important questions and create designs that inspire & drive results. I believe design is a (beautiful) business tool, not just a work of art. I use human-centred design philosophies to create engaging experiences that set businesses apart and boost bottom lines.
